2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SmartFall for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any software
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

IMPORTANT: SmartFall is designed as a health monitoring aid, not as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- SmartFall alerts and data should not be considered definitive medical diagnosis

- In case of emergency, call 911 immediately
- Users assume full responsibility for their health decisions
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SmartFall, its suppliers, or other related parties be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SmartFall, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on SmartFall could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SmartFall does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. SmartFall may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

- Follow HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations
8. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
- Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
- Refunds for partial months are not provided unless required by law
9. Limitation of Service
SmartFall is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Immediate emergency alerts in all circumstances
- Accuracy of fall detection in all possible scenarios
- Compatibility with all devices or network conditions
10. Third-Party Links
SmartFall may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service.
11. Modifications to Service Terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time with notice to users. Continued use of SmartFall after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SmartFall is operating, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
